About The Role:

The Residential Aftermarket Service provides critical factory authorized service parts for the North American market distribution. As a key team member of Aftermarket Engineering, this person will be working with platform design centers, product engineering, service application and field service representatives. They will also have the responsibility to setup critical service parts, review design center bill of materials, configure service bill of materials and release the appropriate service drawings to our customer facing systems. This person will interact daily with our cross functional replacement component team as well as the new product development teams to provide support for product releases. The preferred candidate will be an established Service Engineering professional. Develops diverse product knowledge, maintains effective communication with field team members, performs diagnostic procedures, conducts analysis and interprets test information to resolve design/system related issues.

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Generate Service Bill of Materials.
• Create graphics that support the service bill of materials.
• Setup critical parts to support product releases and aftermarket needs.
• Develop Service Kits and instructions.
• Second level technical support for part issues.
• Update standard work as required.
• Communicates with cross functional teams & customers.
• Develops diverse product knowledge.

Basic Qualifications:

• Associate degree with 2+ years of engineering and data analysis experience.

Preferred Qualifications (assets):

• AAS degree in engineering with 3+ years of engineering and data analysis experience.
• Knowledge of Bill of Material structures
• Office365 skills
• Good verbal & written communication skills
• Strong teamwork & leadership skills

Pay Range:

$61,213 - $107,122 Annually
