As the Senior Director, Chief of Staff, you will lead the Integrated Workforce Transformation program for Retail Bank.. We are building the bank of the future by leveraging cutting-edge technology to deliver simple, secure, and resilient banking experiences. In this pivotal role, you will align our leadership team with our transformation agenda, ensuring operational rigor, strong team engagement, and strategic execution. This individual will have a passion for transformation and look at the make up of how the talent profile will evolve and change.
Key responsibilities for this role include:
AI Workforce Transformation & Change Management: Collaborating closely with HR to architect a comprehensive Retail Bank AI strategy, driving integrated job family transformations, redefining workflows, and managing budget, headcount, and productivity outcomes.
Establishing Operating Rhythms: Designing robust senior leadership engagement structures and managing meeting cadences and reporting to maintain strict alignment across labor strategy, financial objectives, and key transformation milestones.
Influencing & Problem Solving: Addressing ambiguous organizational hurdles and acting as a trusted strategic advisor to leadership to resolve complex bottlenecks related to team restructuring or platform integration.
Culture & Associate Experience: Leveraging data-driven insights to shape the Retail Bank culture, ensuring associates connect their daily work to customer financial health, and successfully managing the end-to-end associate journey within an inclusive environment.

Strong communicator focused on building relationships with senior leaders; excellent communications proficiency, both written and verbal
Problem solver who can think critically and strategically
Knowledge of business to represent perspectives with other teams across Retail Bank
Ability to influence others, especially senior leaders; high level of executive presence
Can pull groups of people together towards a common goal, a connector of people who creates followership
The ability to juggle multiple priorities focusing on the highest leverage initiatives; excellent organizational skills and the ability to be goal/execution-oriented
The ability to react seamlessly to change in priorities and delivery focus; capable of balancing strategy and tactical delivery
Strong business judgment, influencing skills, people leadership and integrity are essential for this position
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or military experience
At least 5 years of experience in chief-of-staff, business analysis, project management, human resources or strategic planning
At least 5 years of experience managing stakeholders across different business functions
At least 2 years of experience leading change management initiatives
Preferred Qualifications:
5+ years of experience driving organizational change and operational excellence
3+ years of experience leading large-scale technological or workforce transformations
3+ years of experience acting as a strategic consultant
3+ years of people management experience
