What You’ll Be Doing:
Lennox Industries is a manufacturer and distributor of equipment within the Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) industry. We are guided by our core values of Integrity, Respect, and Excellence. We have an opening for a Sr. Digital Product Owner III.
This person will play a crucial role in leading key digital products across B2B applications in sales enablement and diagnostic work streams. The Product Owner will be responsible for being the voice of the customer, ensuring user needs are consistently represented while partnering with technology teams, defining roadmaps and backlogs that drive value for customers and stakeholders.
This highly visible role requires a customer-centric mindset, cross functional partnership, strategic thinking, and technical fluency to drive high impact digital solutions.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Effectively communicate the product value, vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring mutual understanding across teams and driving forward with one focus.
- Partner with UX, research, and analytics teams to validate customer problems before defining solutions.
- Orchestrate feature development and craft clear and concise user stories. Define clear acceptance criteria and actively participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, comprehend user needs, and integrate valuable feedback into the dynamic product process.
- Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring its alignment with the overall product strategy and key business priorities.
- Collaborate with the development team and release coordinator to plan and prioritize releases, ensuring timely delivery of the most valuable features for stakeholders and customers.
- Own workstreams end-to-end, by driving cross functional execution and problem-solving with minimal oversight, while ensuring individual deliverables support broader team outcomes.
- Identify and proactively manage risks related to product development and delivery, implementing measures to mitigate potential issues.
- Define and meticulously track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success and impact of delivered features, facilitating data-driven decision-making.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by optimizing the product development process and maintaining a growth mindset to learn new knowledge and skills.

What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of managing enterprise products, projects, or relevant experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (business, computer science, etc.) or combination of experience and education.
- Experience as a Product Owner (or similar role) in an Agile environment, with a strong understanding of Agile principles and methodologies.
