Summary

We are looking for a highly analytical and strategic Analytics Consultant who thrives in a hands-on role, working directly with data to extract insights that drive meaningful business decisions. This role requires someone who can go beyond standard reporting to deeply analyze data, identify trends, and provide clear, actionable recommendations that improve key performance indicators (KPIs).

Responsibilities

• Design and implement data-driven strategies to support business objectives
• Liaise with Client stakeholders to understand business goals
• Evaluate provided datasets from multiple sources to meet goals; identify gaps and communicate the same effectively to Client stakeholders
• Implement efficient ways of collecting data from various sources from the Client systems
• Develop and maintain databases, data systems, and data visualization tools
• Handle sensitive data and details in line with established protocols
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of initiatives
• Review and analyze collected data to provide actionable insights to the stakeholders (VP++)
• Presenting demos to Client stakeholders (VP++) on newly introduced reports and dashboard interfaces
• Collaborate with different Client teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and business intelligence

Eligibility Requirements

• Advanced degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field
• Deep knowledge of programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL
• Ability to use excel at an advanced level (VBA programming, Advanced pivots)
• Skilled at using data visualization tool Power BI
• 8+ years’ experience in data analysis & presenting outputs (Insights, recommendations, challenges, potential solutions) to senior Client leadership
• Able to communicate complex findings in a clear and concise manner
• Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills
• Valid work authorization in the US

In the US, the target base salary for this role is $120K-$160K. Compensation is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography. We expect the majority of candidates who are offered roles at our company to fall throughout the range based on these factors.
