Short Description
Accurately and timely prepares and dispenses all medications under the direct supervision of the pharmacist. Maintains patient medication profiles. Ensures all medications are properly charged.
Experience Required
Experience with Windows-based programs.
Education Requirements
High school graduate or equivalent required. Some college science courses are preferred.
License/Certification Requirements
Must be registered, or eligible for registration, with the NJ State Board of Pharmacy as a Pharmacy Technician. Must be a certified technician or become certified within one-year of employment. (PTCB or other certification body recognized by the NJ State Board of Pharmacy).
