About the Job
The Customer Service & Logistics (CS&L) internship will give talented college students the opportunity to utilize the information you have learned in the classroom and apply it to the workforce. You would gain working knowledge within Customer Service and Logistics through analytic reporting of business trends, cost impacts and efficiency performance, including developing presentations to key stakeholders and leaders across North America. During this one year program you would have an opportunity to partner with multi functional teams such as customer engagement and warehouse operations.
Location: Piscataway, NJ
Duration: 1 year based on year of school and/or performance
Roles and Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Assisting with business-based projects 30%
Generating and maintaining frequently used reports and offering insights 40%
Gain knowledge, awareness and understanding of the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry 20%
Visiting Distribution Center, State-of-the-Art Manufacturing Facility, and a Transportation Company 10%
Requirements
Minimum 3.0 GPA; working toward Supply Chain, Business, Business Analytics, Logistics or Engineering, Management Information Systems/Information Systems, or similar Undergraduate Degree
Ideal candidate would be in the 1st semester of junior year, which is aligned with the duration of the program. (Graduating spring 2026)
Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills
Working knowledge of Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is required with Google Suite, SQL, Python, and Domo preferred
Demonstrated ability to work as a team player
Ability to manage multiple priorities and schedule demands
Ability to work 20 hours per week during school, full time during summer months
Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range $22.50 - $30.00 USD
Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.
