Job Title: Hotel General Manager

Location: Irondale, AL

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing a hotel and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage services

- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability

- Ensure guest satisfaction by maintaining high standards of service and cleanliness

- Manage and motivate staff to provide exceptional customer service

- Monitor and control expenses to ensure profitability

- Develop and maintain positive relationships with guests, vendors, and employees

- Ensure compliance with all hotel policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal laws and regulations

- Prepare and manage budgets, financial reports, and forecasts

- Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions to ensure staff is up-to-date on policies and procedures

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel management

- Strong leadership and management skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

- Knowledge of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage services

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel management software
