Principal Analyst, Workday Reporting – Time Tracking & Absence

Job Introduction:

At Parexel, we are a leading Clinical Research Organization company specializing in delivering life-changing medicines to patients. We are seeking a Principal Analyst, Workday Reporting – Time Tracking & Absence to join our team. As a Principal Analyst, Workday Reporting you will play a critical role in maximizing the utilization of Workday Payroll Time and Absence reporting to drive insights into human resource decisions, supporting Payroll and Time and Absence workstreams. Your expertise will contribute to the success of our projects and help us drive innovation.

Who we are looking for:

Innovative individuals with proven experience working as a Principal Analyst, Workday Reporting – Time Tracking & Absence or in a similar role to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for supporting business decisions by providing quantitative and qualitative data analysis and reporting of patterns, insights, and trends to decision-makers. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Workday Reporting Time Tracking & Absence in a large-scale global environment. That possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills while demonstrating impeccable communication skills.

What you’ll do:

• Design, develop, test and deploy reporting and dashboard solutions that consolidate and analyze diverse data objects and include data visualizations where appropriate.
• Partner with internal customers on requirements, conducts analysis and identifies data elements required.
• Drive the analysis of complex business problems and issues using data from various functional areas to provide insight to decision-makers.
• Function as an internal consultant, point of contact, and trusted advisor to stakeholders both within HR and across the organization.
• Validate complex business requirements with proof-of-concept prototypes.

Additional details:

5+ years of reporting and analytics experience, with at least 3 years of direct Workday (Time Tracking & Absence) reporting experience. Ability to effectively communicate with different functional stakeholders (both technical and non) at all levels of a global organization. Certifications: Workday Reporting required.
