Responsibilities

- Support the configuration, customization and use of functionalities such as unified profile creation, customer segmentation and behaviour analysis;- Use advanced analysis tools to extract valuable insights into customer behavior, predict trends and identify opportunities based on large volumes of data on the platform;- Support customer segmentation, using Customer Insights' advanced segmentation capabilities to identify and classify customers according to different criteria (demographic, behavioral, transactional, etc.);- Developing a testing strategy for projects that apply/transfer data to Customer Insights and documenting them, supporting their hands-on execution.

Essential skills

- At least 2 years' experience in a similar role;- Solid knowledge of Big Data and advanced analysis;- Strong knowledge of Power BI, Microsoft Dynamics and Microsoft Dataverse;- Familiarity with the Azure ecosystem and Power Platform tools;- Good knowledge of English.
