CRM Management & Customer Service Assistant (ZR_24584_JOB)

This is a remote position.

Schedule:

• 20 hours per week
  

• Monday-Friday, 10AM - 2PM Florida Time / EST
  

Client Timezone: Eastern Time (ET)

You'll play a crucial role in helping streamline their customer management processes and ensuring excellent service delivery. Responsibilities:

• Manage customer requests and quotes within Jobber CRM system
  

• Handle inbound customer service calls and inquiries
  

• Convert customer requests into quotes and follow up as needed
  

• Conduct weekly invoicing review sessions with business owner to ensure accuracy
  

• Update payment statuses (cash, check, etc.) in the system to maintain accurate cash flow tracking
  

• Potentially handle social media posting and content scheduling
  

• Assist with administrative tasks and operational support as needed
  

• Possible future expansion into outbound B2B calling for commercial client acquisition
  

Requirements

• Experience with CRM systems (Jobber experience preferred but not required)
  

• Strong customer service and communication skills
  

• Tech-savvy and able to learn new software quickly
  

• Organized and detail-oriented for invoicing and administrative tasks
  

• Ability to work independently during designated hours
  

• Comfortable with phone-based customer interactions
  

• Basic understanding of service-based business operations
