Recognized as a Glassdoor Top 100 Best Place to Work, we offer a collaborative and caring community where you feel like you belong and are empowered to grow, learn and thrive through hands-on experience, certifications, industry training and more.&nbsp;</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>Join us to drive positive, lasting change that moves missions and the government forward!</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> </div></div><p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>The work</strong></p> <p>As a Product Owner / Product Manager in this role, you will drive the acceleration of operational AI adoption within a defense modernization initiative.</p> <p><strong>Key responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead Agile product management activities in alignment with the Agile Manifesto, ensuring rapid and iterative delivery of mission capabilities</li> <li>Develop and maintain product roadmaps that accelerate operational AI adoption within a modern Hub-and-Spoke architecture</li> <li>Drive user adoption planning and ensure solutions are designed with a user-centric approach</li> <li>Coordinate cross-functional teams, including AI, DevSecOps, data engineering, platform engineering, and cybersecurity, to deliver integrated enterprise software solutions</li> <li>Prioritize mission needs and capabilities, balancing stakeholder input with strategic objectives</li> <li>Decompose high-level requirements into actionable stories, tasks, and epics for development teams</li> <li>Oversee the integration of AI platforms, agentic AI systems, and enterprise AI governance into operational workflows</li> <li>Support continuous monitoring and scalable software delivery for defense modernization initiatives</li> <li>Align operational delivery with roadmap objectives, ensuring timely and effective deployment of mission applications</li> <li>Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure clear communication across all project stakeholders</li> <li>Success in this role will also be supported by your ability to manage cross-functional coordination, prioritize mission objectives, and facilitate the adoption of innovative AI-driven solutions within
