Job Title: HR Generalist

 

Work Location: Cincinnati, OH - Hybrid 

 

The HR Generalist plays a critical role in supporting the success of our business by providing comprehensive human resources support to assigned functional groups. This position will act as the primary HR point of contact for these teams, partnering closely with leaders to drive employee engagement and build a high-performing workforce.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Employee Relations:
    • Investigate and resolve employee relations issues, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
    • Conduct employee investigations and ensure fair and consistent application of company policies.
    • Provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations matters.

 

  • Talent Acquisition:
    • Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to recruit and hire top talent for assigned functions.
    • Conduct interviews and participate in the selection process.
    • Manage the onboarding process for new hires.

 

  • Compensation & Benefits:
    • Collaborate with the Compensation & Benefits team to ensure competitive pay and benefits packages.
    • Analyze compensation data and make recommendations for adjustments.

 

  • Employee Development:
    • Design and implement employee development programs and initiatives.
    • Facilitate training sessions and workshops as needed.

 

  • HR Compliance:
    • Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
    • Maintain and update HR policies and procedures.
