Then it is time for us to make your acquaintance. </b></p><p></p><p></p><p>RESPONSIBILITIES:</p><ul><li><span>Strategically lead the Regional Business Development Managers (of Food &amp; Beverage) </span><span>in a dotted-line reporting structure </span><span>and develop the business development strategy for the Food &amp; Beverage industry</span></li><li><span>Oversee global revenue and profit margins for this sector</span></li><li><span>Conduct comprehensive market analysis, including volume, assessable market, and target customer identification on a global, regional, and local scale</span></li><li><span>Develop and manage a three-year business plan for the Food &amp; Beverage industry</span></li><li><span>Facilitate global knowledge transfer and best practices across this industry</span></li><li><span>Ensure global alignment across regional Food &amp; Beverage business development teams</span></li><li><span>Join customer visits and lead projects with strategic important customers </span></li><li><span>Identify and address gaps in the market portfolio and conduct competitor analysis together with the Head of Portfolio Management Food &amp; Beverage</span></li></ul><p></p><p>REQUIREMENTS:</p><ul><li><p><span> </span><span>Bachelor’s degree in food technology, or related field; a Master’s degree is preferred</span></p></li><li><p><span>Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing at a managerial level</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
