Job Description: IT Project Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

· Coordinate technology projects and initiatives across multiple programs and departments.

· Assist in the development, maintenance, and tracking of project plans, schedules, milestones, and work breakdown structures.

· Monitor project progress, identify risks and dependencies, and escalate issues as needed.

· Serve as a liaison between IT, clinical teams, vendors, compliance, and leadership to ensure project alignment and timely delivery.

· Partner with IT teams to support the deployment, upgrades, and optimization of technology platforms and workflows.

· Coordinate training, change management, and adoption efforts for staff and end-users.

· Track project performance metrics, utilization trends, and documentation for reporting and governance purposes.

· Support continuous improvement initiatives by collecting and organizing stakeholder feedback.

· Identify and escalate technical issues, workflow concerns, or scheduling conflicts to the appropriate teams.

· Maintain professional and effective communication with all stakeholders, modeling a collaborative and solution-oriented approach.

 

Education:

· Associate’s degree in information technology, Healthcare Administration, Project Management, or related field required.

· Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Experience:

· Two years of experience coordinating projects, preferably in IT, healthcare, or telehealth environments.

· Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

· Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.

· Ability to manage multiple priorities, track progress, and meet deadlines.

· Experience with technology deployment, workflow optimization, and staff training is a plus.
