Physician - Medical Director-Lifestyle Medicine - Grand Rapids, MI

Corewell Health West is seeking a Dynamic Medical Director for our Lifestyle Medicine Program.  The Medical Director will lead the development, implementation, and integration of lifestyle medicine at Corewell Health West, including clinical oversight and leadership of Corewell Health's culinary medicine program. In this role, you will partner with service lines to facilitate clinician and patient education around lifestyle risks and contribution to poor health outcomes. Creates pathways to offer patients referrals to evidence-based lifestyle programs, including virtual counseling and digital health programs.  This full-time position is a combination of clinical (0.20 FTE) and administrative time (0.80 FTE). 

Qualifications:

• License – Michigan MD/DO
• Certification in Lifestyle Medicine
• Prefer experience with program growth & development
