To help us build a pain-free world, powered by AI, enhanced by people — accessible to all.</span><br/><br/><b>We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Product Designer to lead the core experience of the Sword mobile app. The Sword Member app serves as the central hub for member engagement and provides a shared platform for our key programs, incorporating features like onboarding, chat, profiles, and more.</b> <h3>What you'll be doing:</h3> <ul> <li>Translate user needs, business and technical requirements into designs that are visually delightful, easy to use, and emotionally engaging;</li><li>Drive design solutions sensitive to industry trends that further business outcomes;</li><li>Influence stakeholders across functions to gain support for design strategies;</li><li>Drive collaboration with multiple partners, including product managers, engineers, marketing managers, brand and product designers;</li><li>Connect user research, testing, and product data with design concepts with a focus on performance;</li><li>Design beautiful visual experiences, with a focus on mobile and wearable interfaces;</li><li>Able to translate Sword’s brand identity into user interfaces, following Sword's brand guidelines;</li><li>Champion the design to development handoff process;</li><li>Strong communication skills including clear and proactive communication and capable of conveying a range of complex technical issues to both programmers and non-technical team members.</li></ul> <h3>What you need to have:</h3> <ul> <li>3+ years of professional design experience, preferably in an in-house product team;</li><li>An excellent portfolio showcasing visual design work with a strong design sensibility and articulate storytelling;</li><li>Experience in interpreting user data, both qualitative and quantitative, and design solutions focused on goals and metrics;</li><li>Bachelor's or Master's degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field;</li><li>Must be proficient and highly skilled in Figma;</li><li>Comfortable with Adobe tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc);</li><li>Design for accessibility;</li><li>Understanding of Design Systems and atomic design principles;</li><li>Ability to express ideas through prototyping;</li><li>Self-motivated, able to work independently but also collaborative and driven by group critique;</li><li>Proven track record as an expert in design who can collaborate well with other functions;</li><li>A thought leader in composition and integration, considering the broader scope of products;</li><li>A deep understanding of how design translates to code and how your decisions will affect development complexity and timelines.</li></ul> <h3>Bonus Points or We'd Love to see:</h3> <ul> <li>Deep appreciation and talent for simple solutions to complex problems;</li><li>Good time-management skills;</li><li>Be sensitive to motion design.</li></ul> <h3>To ensure you feel good solving a big Human problem, we offer:</h3> <ul> <li>A stimulating, fast-paced environment with lots of room for creativity;</li><li>A bright future at a promising high-tech startup company;</li><li>Career development and growth, with a competitive salary;</li><li>The opportunity to work with a talented team and to add real value to an innovative solution with the potential to change the future of healthcare;</li><li>A flexible environment where you
