Salary Range: $65,500-$110,000

Salary is based on experience:

  • Sr HR Generalist: $65,500-$87,500
  • Manager Human Resources: $85,000-$110,000

This is a full-time position, located in Denver, CO.

Travel is approximately 25%, over a large geographic region. This position may have multi-division responsibilities.

Training for this position is on the job training

 

Key responsibilities for the Fort Worth Hub may include: 

Regional ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle - recruiting, interviewing, and selection of scheduled and exempt candidates for hire and promotion. 

Support D&I activities across the Region to include engaging with divisional diversity councils and involvement in other company business resource groups.

Present training to diverse employee groups on various human resources topics across the Region virtually or in person.

Thoroughly investigate and respond to employee complaint and hotlines for the Region, which result in fair and consistent handling that comply with company policy.

Attend career fairs and military hiring events

Participate in talent and performance activities as needed.
