We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Parts Counter Person to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring our service department operates seamlessly by providing accurate parts support to both technicians and customers.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers and technicians in identifying and obtaining the correct parts.
• Process orders efficiently, ensuring timely availability of parts.
• Maintain organized inventory and manage stock levels.
• Provide exceptional customer service, both in-person and over the phone.
• Collaborate with the service team to support repair and maintenance operations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in an automotive parts counter role.
• Prior experience with luxury automotive brands, particularly Jaguar or Land Rover, is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts and systems.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with inventory management systems and parts catalogs.
