Clinical Manager (RN) Position Summary:

The Clinical Manager provides oversight for the delivery of care to patients and families through an interdisciplinary team of clinicians. The Clinical Manager manages round-the-clock clinical operations, supervises the interdisciplinary team, and maintains necessary staffing to ensure continuity of care.

Clinical Manager (RN) Position Qualifications:
• RN with current RN licensure in the states of Kentucky and or Indiana required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or health-related field preferred.
• 3-5 years of hospice or palliative care experience preferred.
• Minimum one year of supervisory experience required.
• Demonstrated intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite and use of electronic health records.
• Ability to communicate at all levels of organization and work well within a team environment in support of organizational objectives.
• Customer service oriented with the ability to work well under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize, coordinate and simultaneously maintain multiple projects with high level of quality and productivity.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
