The Company's Total Rewards package is at or above industry levels. The expected base salary range for this position is between 21.76 USD - 32.64 USD. Job related skills, experience, education, and location will be considered in setting actual starting base salary. In addition to your base salary and depending on job level, eligibility, and performance, a total package may include profit sharing, a short-term incentive and/or long-term incentives. Summary:

The Warehouse Materials Team Lead oversees the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient handling, storage, and movement of materials. This role ensures team performance, inventory accuracy, safety compliance, and coordination with other departments. The position is essential is to maintain a smooth, productive, and safe warehouse environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
  • Assign daily tasks and monitor completion to meet productivity goals.
  • Evaluate team performance and assist in reviews, providing coaching and feedback.
  • Coordinate receiving, inspection, and proper storage of materials, ensuring accuracy and quality control.
  • Oversee materials movement to endure production lines are supplied with necessary materials (Chemicals, labels, closures, corrugates).
  • Manage finished goods staging, trailer loading, and ensure documentation (e.g., packing slips) is accurate.
  • Collaborate with production and compounding teams to align material flow with production schedule.
  • Enforce safety regulations, conduct safety training, and ensure a hazard-free work environment.
  • Maintain equipment and facility cleanliness, ensuring warehouse equipment is properly maintained.
  • Troubleshoot daily operational issues such as material shortage, job order releases, and equipment malfunctions.
  • Provide regular report on inventory levels, team performance, and shipping/logistics status to senior management.
  • Recommend personal actions, such as hiring, promotion, or disciplinary action.

Required Skills / Experience / Competencies:

  • Have at least 2 years of experience in SAP.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years of experience in warehouse operations, with prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
  • Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in inventory control systems and basic computer skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of safety practices and warehouse equipment operations.

Job Requirements:

- Full-Time, 2nd shift - 1:45PM-10:00PM, 8-hours shifts, Monday - Friday, overtime as required.

- Travel: Minimal to none, primarily onsite.

-  Warehouse setting involving standing for long periods, lifting materials up to 50lb, operating forklift and pallet jacks, and exposure varying temperatures.

- Must adhere to company safety and operational policies at all times.
