Your team

You’ll be working in the Mergers & Acquisitions team in New York. Our team is responsible for growing a successful team that has a number of retained large and mid-cap client relationships; work on a wide range of public and private transactions for corporate and private equity clients. You’ll play an important role in advising clients on a range of capital markets and strategic matters.

Your expertise

• track record in M&T M&A transactions and able to partner effectively with coverage and product teams
• able to oversee the day-to-day execution of M&A transactions and support senior bankers as needed in the execution and marketing of strategic transactions for companies in the M&T sectors
• capable of playing an important role on full range of public and private M&A transactions and client coverage teams
• well-developed negotiation skills. Presents effectively and with confidence team player
• undergraduate degree and MBA

Salary information

CA, CO, WA and NY based roles: The salary range for this role is $500,000 based on experience, education, and skill level. This role may be eligible for discretionary incentive compensation. For benefits information: ubs.com/usbenefits.
