Lead Respiratory Therapist / Pulmonary Function

MAIN FUNCTION:

• Achieve optimal performance of the pulmonary function testing lab in accordance with revenue projections and productivity model.
• Coordinates services, staffing, training, stocking, policies, and equipment functioning for the PFT Lab.
• Lead PFT Therapist works closely with the Manager of Respiratory Therapy & Administrative Director of Specialty Practices to support the mission & strategic goals.
• Lives the CARES values at all times.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Required - Must be registered by the National Board for Respiratory Care or grandfathered in to the NBRC.
• Must be licensed as a Respiratory Therapist by New York State Department of Professions.
• Required - Graduate of an AMA approved Respiratory Therapy Program
• Required - BLS
• Preferred- Bachelor's Degree
• Preferred- Certified/Registered Pulmonary Function Technologist (CPFT/RPFT) Credential.
• Required: Recent experience in clinical environments performing technical duties supervised by this position.

 

Pay Range: $38.00 - $44.00

Starting Pay: Based on Experience
