Associate Director Global Pricing

As Associate Director Global Pricing you will lead Global Pricing initiatives and you will be part of the Global Value, Access, Pricing & Policy (GVAPP) team. 
 
Your key responsibilities are:
 
•    Lead the development of Global Pricing strategies for a diverse set of therapies and vaccines in BioNTech’s pipeline
•    Collaborate with GVAPP and cross-functional colleagues to develop novel pricing solutions 
•    Lead market analyses and early assessments for business development activities and financial forecasting 
•    Anticipate global pricing trends and regulations and identify strategic implications for BioNTech
•    Take responsibility for strategic Global Pricing projects and tackle complex challenges independently 
•    Drive the development of quantitative models and presentations for senior leadership
•    Contribute to the establishment of global pricing operations and systems
•    Prepare implementation of GVAPP strategies 

 
What you have to offer:
 
•    University degree
•    >5 years of relevant working experience in biotech, pharma, consulting, or banking
•    Deep global pricing & market access expertise (US, Europe, Asia)
•    Curiosity, global outlook and ability to work in cross-functional teams 
•    Strong strategic thinking skills and the ability to develop creative solutions
•    Advanced analytical skills and attention to detail
•    Fluency in English
