Business Development & Client Engagement
- Own growth and capture strategy for the Defense & Security Facilities market, aligned with targeted accounts (e.g., USACE, NAVFAC, AFCEC, DLA, allied equivalents).
- Prioritize high-value, multi-year programs and frameworks (IDIQs, MATOCs, alliances).
- Lead capture for strategic pursuits, supervising win strategy, teaming, pricing, and negotiation.

P&L and Portfolio Management
- Own P&L performance for the Defense & Security Facilities portfolio.
- Manage a balanced mix of planning/design, PM/CM, and construction/D-B projects to optimize margins and cash flow.

- Drive portfolio reviews and ensure transparent reporting of performance, risks, and opportunities.
Delivery Excellence (in Partnership with Service Lines)
- Set performance standards tailored to defense and secure facility environments (e.g., security, resilience, mission availability).
- Work with PDE, PM/CM, and Construction & D-B service line leaders to allocate resources and expertise.
- Ensure adherence to ES-wide methods, while meeting DoD and allied defense standards and protocols.
- Sponsor critical programs and ensure timely resolution of escalated issues or client concerns.
Talent & Culture
