Join an outstanding Company and HR Team!  Hitachi Energy in Jefferson City, Missouri, is seeking a Bilingual Human Resource Representative. This position will perform the daily functions of an HR generalist for our Human Resource Department.  The HR Representative role will be a key HR contact for our employees and will play a pivotal role in supporting and advocating for our people.

What You’ll Do:

• Work with Recruiting Team on recruiting, interviewing, selection, and onboarding of hourly employees.
• Participate in the new hire orientation program.
• Handle employment related inquiries from applicants, employees and supervisors.
• Coach and counsel employees, front line leaders, and managers on employee relation matters.
• Drive continuous improvements of HR activities & support across the factory.
• Assist with employee engagement and employee recognition activities.
• Provide HR service support to our employees.

What You’ll Need:

• Bachelor’s degree
• HR Generalist experience preferred.
• Must be Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
