About the Job

This position is the primary point of contact for IT in establishing a fruitful exchange and collaboration with the local Leadership teams. 

The position covers:

• Liaise with local Leadership teams to understand their objectives & priorities
• Present them DigiTeam roadmap, Digital Acceleration Plan, changes and information that may impact them
• Ensure a smooth flow between DigiTeam and local Leadership
• Monitor customer satisfaction
• Contribute to the Digital Employee Experience by providing feedback
• Support Audit and certification activities
• Support local financial activities

As being the catalyzer of Digiteam in the group and also interacting with all DigiTeam domains, the candidate must have exceptional interpersonal skills.

He/ she understands Digiteam organization and subjects, is able to quickly reach out to the good team. He / she also have a very good knowledge and understanding of the way the local business is organized and of the local requirements in term of audit and certifications.

Liaise with local Leadership teams to understand their objectives & priorities

• Act as trusted advisory, builds and maintains relationship with executives and business unit leaders to develop a clear understanding of business needs
• Identify customer needs 
• Build formal and informal professional networks
• Interact on a regular basis with the business to collect needs (eg P&C forecast, key upcoming projects, IT requirements... ) and ensures their demand is anticipated and assigned to the relevant DigiTeam domains for delivery (new services or existing ones)
• Collect feedback for service improvement
• Business development coordination
• P&C onboarding and termination support
• Construction sites facilitator in partnership with Project delivery team who is coordinating mobilization and demobilization

Present them the DigiTeam roadmap, changes and information that may impact them

• Inform and promote global IT offerings (new or existing), collect required changes to the existing offerings (create new offerings, decommission the ones that are no longer required, and implement required changes to existing ones); 
• Drive the implementation and adherence to IT policies
• Proactively communicate information re. service availability, planned outages, new and improved procedures. 
• Interact with the Facilities team to propose the appropriate IT solution for new sites and location/layout changes
• Be the key point to promote the Digital Acceleration Plan

Monitor customer satisfaction

• Ensure high level of customer satisfaction and that business needs are met
• Formalize the feedback received from business counterparts, coordinate within DigiTeam organization until resolution
• support the global IT survey & for measuring customers & users’ satisfaction
• Measure and report service levels, propose continuous improvement to increase IT service quality
• Provide feedback to enhance the Digital Employee Experience

Ensure a smooth flow between DigiTeam and local Leadership: coordination with all IT domains for issues resolution and improvements

• Coordinate with all IT domains to ensure business feedback is prioritized
• Ensures that the responses to deficiencies (in the perimeter) are executed
• Governs the provisioning of operational and technical support to the business projects / local needs
