Job Description:
Job Duties:
*Prepares and monitors budgets, spending and financial plans for State Cooperative Agreement.
*Forecasts fiscal year budgets to include salaries, benefits, supplies, equipment, travel/per diem and contracts.
*Provides recommendations to supervisor and senior management.
*Monitors and reconciles budget/grant expenditures.
*Assists with the administration of ID and Restricted Area Badge Program.
*File plan management
*Coordinates and oversees administrative activities.
*Other duties as assigned.
Starting hourly pay rate is $20.023.
Requirements / Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications: Associate degree in public or business administration, accounting, or any discipline related to the work assigned. One year of experience in administrative, business management or technical support work including collecting and interpreting statistical, financial, program, or administrative data; or interpreting laws, rules, regulations, and processes. Experience may substitute for education on a year-for-year basis.
Other: Background check will be required. Must have a valid driver's license. Must be able to obtain and maintain a federal security clearance.
Knowledge of administration and management practices including budgets.
Skill in computer software programs.
Ability to communicate in person, email and/or correspondence.
