As a Senior Project Manager, you will join our team and lead the process part of a green field project for manufacturing Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API). </p> <p><br/> You can look forward to:</p> <ul> <li>Managing a growing team consisting of professionals, and specialists, ensuring everyone is working together effectively to meet ambitious project goals.</li> <li>Being responsible for keeping the schedule, cost and identifying risks and implementing strategies to mitigate them.</li> <li>Providing regular project updates to stakeholders and the leadership team.</li> <li>Ensuring safety and GMP compliance throughout the project.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>You will be working closely with our own sub-team, the EPCM partners and the construction management team to ensure everything runs smoothly. You will be the main point of contact for all process technology matters, including detailed design, procurement, construction management, and qualification. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact, with the responsibility to make everything happen within the time and cost.</p> <p> </p> <p>Qualifications<br/> If you are passionate about project management and process technologies. There could be many paths leading to this role!</p> <p> </p> <p>We imagine that you might have:</p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Experience from the full cycle of at least 2-3 investment projects in a regulated manufacturing environment, preferably in Life Sciences. In minimum one of them, you have had a management position.</li> <li>Sound knowledge of bio-pharma process technologies and automation</li> <li>Proven track record of indirect or direct staff management, as well as some coaching experience, as you will be working with a newly established team</li> <li>Modern, cooperative and team-oriented management style with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a focus on strategic and long-term planning </li> <li>Professional proficiency in English</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>On a personal level, you will thrive in this job if you enjoy close teamwork, can ride a storm off, and are a motivator for others.
