Boeing Information Digital Technology & Security (IDT&S) Regulatory Engineering is currently seeking a Senior Information Technology Project Manager to join our team in Hazelwood, MO. This position will focus on supporting Enterprise Labs. The selected candidate will lead a cross-domain workstream within a larger enterprise program.

The selected candidate will have extensive skills in communication and collaboration, as this position will work with stakeholders across our Business Units, Engineering and Information Technology.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Manage a matrixed team of domain experts to build out a project plan, identify and manage risks, issues, and roadblocks, and support the team in achieving committed deliverables

  • Stand up an Enterprise-level board to define enterprise standards, guidance, and enforcement policies

  • Partner with stakeholders to ensure their needs and concerns are addressed

  • Generate and utilize an array of media, clearly convey information and ideas to individuals and groups in a manner that engages the audience and helps them understand and retain the message

  • Discover new opportunities and solutions for problems by looking beyond current practices and using innovative thinking

  • Collect, organize, synthesize, and analyze data; summarize findings; develop conclusions and recommendations from appropriate data sources

  • Understand the big picture and the inter-relationships of all positions and activities in the system, including the impact of changes in one area on another area

  • Understand the inter-relationships between components of systems and plans, anticipate future events, and apply the principles of systems thinking to accelerate performance

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years of experience with program management, project management and/or business operations

  • 5+ years of experience creating and implementing project or communication plans, strategies, and tactics

  • 5+ years of experience developing risk mitigation plans

  • 5+ years of experience working in a cross-functional environment with all levels in the business from individual contributors to executive leadership

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher

  • Experience communicating complex concepts clearly and effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Experience with Agile and Lean Project Management

Summary pay range: $117,300 - $158,700
