Account/Business Support Manager

Key Responsibilities

General Business Support

• Assist with proposal development, client communications, and follow-ups

• Interface with HR regarding employee onboarding and resolution of employee issues

• Support outbound and inbound business development initiatives

• Coordinate/work with internal teams to support client and sales initiatives

• Help convert warm leads into active accounts through structured follow-up and outreach campaigns

Client Success & Account Management

• Serve as a primary point of contact for select client accounts

• Support client and new hire onboarding and ongoing relationship management

• Maintain CRM/Timetracking systems and track client engagement activity

• Proactively follow up to ensure client and placement satisfaction and retention

• Identify opportunities to expand relationships and support renewals

Executive & Operational Support

• Provide high-level administrative and project support to senior leadership

• Prepare professional correspondence, mass email copy, reports, and presentations

• Support event coordination and conference logistics

• Maintain confidential information with discretion and professionalism

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in client services, account management, executive support, or a related role

• Exceptional phone skills and prior client-facing experience strongly preferred

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities

• Experience working with CRM and Accounting systems and business productivity tools are a must

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
