Senior Special, Order Acct Rep-Staples Promotional Products

What you’ll be doing: 

• Provide support and coverage to assigned SPO Teams during peak demand and increased workload (end of year, seasonal projects, PTO coverage, medical leaves, etc)
• Work closely with SPO Trainer on maintaining current and developing, testing and documenting new processes and educational collateral.
• Flexible and adaptable with the qualifications and skills to perform a variety of duties, often on short notice.
• Provide the best customer experience by identifying and understanding internal or external customer needs and interests and delivery customer-centric solutions.
• Ability to work independently with limited direction on multiple accounts or with sales reps to alleviate workload and project backlog.
• Manage complex projects while maintaining customer response times within 24-48 hours.

What you bring to the table: 

• Organizational skills with capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Advanced strategic business sense to assist in managing account profitability and meeting forecast
• Exceptional decision-making skills with the ability to make quick decisions and exercise sound judgment with information at hand
• Excellent at building customer relationships and communication skills including verbal and written such as e-mail and phone skills

What’s needed- Basic Qualifications

• 2+ years Special Order work experience

What’s needed- Preferred Qualifications

• Higher Secondary or Vocational Education
• Customer service experience and promotional products merchandising or purchasing skills
• Demonstrates proficiency of Microsoft programs (Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint) and industry experience with ESP or SAGE
