Job Description:
- Mentoring and coaching associates and staff level employees on quality analysis.
- Creating and maintaining software test plans and individual test cases using approved standards, processes, and tools for common and complex projects.
- Executing software test cases and accurately documenting defects using approved standards, processes, and tools for common and complex projects.
- Collaborates in requirements development and/or review.
- Reporting results and making recommendations to key business stakeholders and groups on the quality of the product, software development lifecycle processes, and the risk of promoting the product for use in common and complex projects.
- Participating in the creation and management of project plans.
- Consistently meeting agreed upon deadlines and escalating issues, concerns, and barriers to key project leaders.
- Acquiring and maintaining an in-depth understanding of the technical and functional architecture, security, and compliance requirements of assigned software systems and integrations.
- Investigates and assists in the resolution of common and complex issues, incidents, and problems. Collaboratively works with peers, internal and external stakeholders, and vendors.
- Developing training and knowledge-based materials for use by peers and other Information Security team members.
- Creating and maintaining complex database queries.
- Creating and maintaining automation scripts for complex projects.
- Participating in the creation of test harnesses and automation and performance testing frameworks.
- Independently developing and implementing communication plans for all stakeholder groups whether internal or external.
- Performing API Testing using POSTMAN and READYAPI applications for validating REST, SOAP, and JMS services.
- Configuring and modifying telehealth subscriptions and validating telehealth services.
This is a hybrid position requiring in-person presence once per quarter. Position may telecommute from any state in the United States except California, Connecticut, Hawaii, Rhode Island, and Washington.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Manual and Automation Testing in Retail, Insurance, and Healthcare domains.
- Knowledge of test-case development, test-plan reviews, and repeatable test procedures for complex distributed systems in healthcare domains.
- Knowledge of integration testing of third-party systems.
- Knowledge of quality assurance testing and engineering on an electronic medical record platform, such as Cerner.
- Knowledge of Health Care Domain specific to Orders, Physician, Nursing, and Surgery Workflows.
- Knowledge of Neural Network, Deep Learning, Scikit-Learn, NumPy, and SciPy.
- Knowledge of SOAP, Ready API, Postman, and Katalon.
- Knowledge of Bugzilla, HP – ALM and Quality Center, TestNG, IBM Clear Quest.
- Knowledge of SQL Explorer, Advance Query Tool (AQT), and MongoDB.
- Knowledge of Junit, Selenium, Groovy, Win runner, Quick Test Professional, Appium and Perfecto.
- Knowledge of Bitbucket, SourceTree, Cucumber, Bamboo, and GitHub.

Salary (Annual): $112,000.00 - $125,000.00
Work Location: 4646 W Lake Park Blvd., West Valley City, UT 84120. This is a hybrid position requiring in-person presence once per quarter. Position may telecommute from any state in the United States except California, Connecticut, Hawaii, Rhode Island, and Washington.
Hours of work: Usually 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday
