Alcohol Ready-To-Drink (ARTDs) is projected to be one of the fastest-growing beverage categories. The Global Emerging Category Marketing Team is leading The Coca-Cola Company's growth in this space and is seeking a dynamic Project Manager to join them on the journey. The Project Manager will work closely with the cross-functional and OU teams to execute global strategic initiatives, steward the global roll-out of the current portfolio and innovation, and lead budget/ routine management and coordination. This role will require a blend of portfolio management expertise, relationship management, timeline management, and the ability to manage through ambiguity.

WHAT YOU’LL DO FOR US
Project Management: Lead the commercialization and steward on-time delivery of strategic global innovation initiatives. Coordinate with cross-functional and OU teams to own the Master Project Timeline, understanding inter-related tasks and ensuring timely completion of tasks. Own the communication to networked teams around the world to share relevant updates and challenges.
Risk Management: Proactively identify potential risks and obstacles in project execution. Develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans to ensure successful completion and minimal disruptions.
Partner Engagement: Develop and implement process to roll-out strategic innovations in new markets leading alignment and approvals with key internal stakeholders and external partners. Foster strong relationships with external partners by serving as a key contact point and owning routines like recurring meetings, new project initiation, meeting minutes, and performance reporting.
Pipeline Stewardship: Steward the global innovation pipeline by working with Operating Units to ensure project accuracy in WorkFront. Lead monthly cadence to review pipeline to secure approvals, prioritize projects and understand pipeline sufficiency.
Lead Enterprise-Wide Processes: Coordinate across Global and local teams on enterprise-wide submissions, such as the Annual Marketing Initiatives Prioritization (part of ABP), including collecting all inputs for submission, cross-checking data for accuracy, and submitting projects into Workfront.
Performance Management: Support in workstreams with Platform Services to ensure data accuracy and timeline management to launch new dashboards.
Marketing Project Support: Lead budget reporting (including PO management) and support Internal PR efforts for the category.
Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with other Category PMOs to share and scale best practices.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
5-7 years of relevant work experience with knowledge of the beverage or CPG industry
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; Master's in project management preferred
Knowledge of supply chain or marketing is a plus
Proven track record of working as a PMO to successfully lead and deliver complex projects on time
Demonstrated ability to work and communicate with cross-functional teams
OTHER SKILLS
Strong organization & prioritization skills with the ability to work on several complex projects at once
Effective interpersonal and communications skills, including working with other countries and cultures
Excellent problem solving & troubleshooting skills
Comfortable with ambiguity and able to quickly adapt to change
Proactive with a bias for action
Deep knowledge of project & program management methodologies and tools (MS Project, Smartsheets)
Position Details:
Hybrid work schedule - 3 days per week in person and 2 days virtual
Individual contributor role - no direct reports
