Job Description

As the Original Streaming Content Producer, you will be responsible for executing the overall creative vision and strategy for our original streaming content. You will work closely with a team of talented editors and social producers to develop and produce original content for all digital and social platforms that captivate our audience.

Job Duties:

• Produce new, creative and engaging content ideas for streaming content original productions across digital and social platforms.
• Collaborate with editors, designers, talent and production resources to produce original streaming content.
• Ensure that all content meets the highest quality standards.
• Ensure all aspects of original streaming content productions comply with legal, privacy and clearance considerations.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in streaming content.

Qualifications

Basic Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in live video production or a related field (e.g., broadcast television, event production).
• Proven track record of successfully developing and executing engaging live content formats.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire diverse teams.
• Deep understanding of the streaming landscape, audience preferences, and emerging trends.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in streaming technologies and platforms.
• A passion for storytelling and creating captivating live experiences.

Desired Characteristics:

• Familiarity with specific streaming platforms (e.g., Twitch, YouTube Live, Facebook Live).
• Have prior experience with Video production and editorial practices.
• Familiarity with News, Sports and Entertainment is a plus.
• Have a passion for digital media platforms and entertainment industries.

Additional Requirements: 

• This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.
