Your Mission:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accountant to join our finance team on a part time basis. The successful candidate will assist in managing day-to-day accounting tasks and support senior accountants and managers in various accounting functions. 
 
Accounts Payable and Receivable: 
Process and record invoices, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation. 
Manage payment cycles and follow up on outstanding invoices. 
Reconcile accounts receivable and payable transactions. 
 
General Ledger Maintenance: 
Assist in maintaining and updating the general ledger by posting entries and reconciling accounts. 
Help prepare month-end and year-end closing activities. 
 
Bank Reconciliation: 
Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure all transactions are accurately recorded. 
 
Expense Reporting: 
Review and process employee expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies. 
 
Financial Reporting: 
Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports. 
Provide support during audits by preparing required documentation and responding to queries. 
 
Data Entry and Record Keeping: 
Maintain accurate and organized financial records. 
Ensure data integrity and compliance with accounting standards. 
 
Support Senior Staff: 
Provide administrative support to senior accountants and the accounting manager as needed. 
Participate in special projects and assignments as directed. 

Your Background:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. 
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. 
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
