You will be responsible for managing and driving the short and mid-term planning and deliverables of the TMM integration project to integrate and verify design performance, manufacturability and functionality of the High-Na Top Main Modules. You will be part of the project management team consisting of architect, MDO’s and PL. The EXE System Integration MDO is reporting to the TMM System Integration Project Leader and leads part of the scope of the project.

Roles and Responsibilities

The EXE System Integration MDO is responsible for:

  • Leading the system integration test engineering team and machine integration teams.
  • Optimize the utilization of resources and test rigs and proto’s.
  • Align and interface frequently with the function architects, project leads, program managers, proto integrators and project integrators.
  • Develop and maintain the short and mid-term integration plans and assure they are aligned with stakeholders, well communicated, and ultimately achieved
  • Maintain project dashboard and plans and report on status, timing and issues
  • Resolve integration priority conflicts between projects and escalate when appropriate.
  • Drive and develop the ASML integration way of working for Wilton together with the line managers.
  • Defines deliverables for his/her team and checks if deliverables are finalized on time and in budget - intervenes where needed
  • Ensure communication upward and downward on regular basis. Holds regular meetings to provide information, identify interdependencies, secure cross-sector alignment and agreements 
  • Monitors progress and provides support as needed 
  • Keeps daily control
  • Manage tasks interdependencies   
  • Assess and address technical risk based on input PL’s, architects, design engineers, integrators
  • Recognize contribution of team and/or individual achievements

Education and Experience

  • Bachelors with 4 years experience
  • Masters with 3 years experience
  • Phd With 3 years experience

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years proven success in planning, project or task management 
  • Experience in stakeholder management and multisector communications
  • Understand needs of the internal customer and acts effectively on these need. Has driven change to reach team objectives
  • Experience in planning and barrier resolution in a dynamic development environment
  • Mentoring and coaching experience
  • Preferably knowledge of ASML system integration competences

Other information

  • This position is located on-site in Wilton, CT.  It requires onsite presence to attend in-person work-related events, trainings and meetings and to further ensure teamwork, collaboration and innovation.
  • A flexible workplace arrangement may be available to employees working in roles conducive to remote work (up to two days a week). 

This position will require access to controlled technology, as defined in the Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). As a condition of employment, qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require the Company to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.
