It’s impossible to capture every nuance of a role – especially at a rapidly growing company like Mews – but if we had to distill it down to a job description (which we do because this is a job description), it would be this:</p> <p>We’re seeking a talented and motivated Software Engineer to join the FinTech Tribe at Mews. You’ll play a central role in building the financial infrastructure that powers hospitality. Covering areas such as embedded payments, financial automation, multi-currency settlement, compliance, and future fintech services. Our mission is to make payments and financial workflows as seamless as booking a ride in an app: invisible, automated, and global.</p> <h4>✅ Your mission, should you choose to accept it:</h4> <ul> <li><span>Collaborate with product managers, designers, QA, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.</span></li> <li><span>Design and develop software solutions for our platform, focusing on high availability, scalability, and multi-regional support</span></li> <li>Develop backend services using .NET Core and deploy on Azure using services such as App Service, Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, Redis, and others</li> <li>Develop front-end applications using React &amp; Redux, JavaScript &amp; TypeScript</li> <li>Implement continuous integration and deployment pipelines using GitHub and Azure DevOps</li> <li>Innovate and execute solutions on a daily basis, working on initiatives using a wide range of technologies</li> <li>Learn and contribute in multiple technologies, reducing dependencies and enabling faster, more frictionless development</li> <li>Take ownership of projects and gradually take ownership of some part of the product</li> <li>Participate in the day-to-day activities of the team, including stand-ups and retro meetings</li> </ul> <h4><span>🤝</span><span><span><strong><span>️ You’ll be a great fit if you bring a few of the below with you:</span></strong></span></span></h4> <ul> <li><span>Strong understanding of at least one technology (.NET, React, CSS, Javascript, Microservices)</span><span> </span></li> <li><span>Practical skills in a wide set of technologies (.NET, React, Typescript, SQL, DevOps, CI/CD, SRE)</span><span> </span></li> <li><span>Demonstrated experience owning projects</span></li> <li><span>Active experience with leading development teams is an advantage</span></li> <li><span>Effective communication in English</span></li> </ul> <h3><strong><span>🎉</span><span> What’s in it for you?</span></strong></h3> <p>Did you know that Mews was named the <a href="https://www.mews.com/en/press/mews-named-best-pms-in-hoteltechawards">Best PMS of 2025</a>—for the second year in a row—and has previously been recognized as the <a href="https://www.mews.com/en/blog/best-place-to-work-hotel-tech-2022">Best Place to Work in Hotel Tech</a> for two consecutive years?
