Technical Lead-Testing Services

Area(s) of responsibility

Remote,  FTE with Birlasoft

Location : Cincinnati (OH) (preferred) . Otherwise any location in ET/CT time zone.

Role: QE Lead-API Shared Services

•    10+ overall experience with 6+ in leading agile teams

•    Deep understanding of the API SDLC and experience in API and contract testing

•    Define, implement and improve overall API testing strategy and execution

•    Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Developers and other stakeholders

•    Good understanding for agile methodology (Scaled Agile is preferred) with experience in sizing the stories correctly.

•    Ensure quality delivery meeting the KPIs/SLAS

•    Expertise in different testing types (functional, performance, security, accessibility etc.)

•    Good Communication and leadership, strong interpersonal skills

•    Responsible for Agile train QE delivery

•    Proactive and results-oriented with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality software.

•    Experience in testing tools:

o    Test Management: Octane/ALM, JIRA

o    Cloud execution: Saucelabs, LambdaTest or BrowserStack

o    Test Automation: Selenium, Appium, RestAssure, Cucumber

o    DevOps: Jenkins, Cloudbees

o    Build Tools : Maven/Gradle
