As a part of Online Marketing, the Retail Media team takes care of Sponsored Product Ads as well as implementing new advertising spaces (both on- and offsite) in order to increase the success of our online marketplace.

Aufgaben

Your tasks – this is what awaits you in detail

• You identify growth opportunities: You will dive deep into our own data to uncover new business opportunities on your own or in collaboration with data analysts or scientists
• You look at the data from individual advertisers and make suggestions on how they can further develop their potential, but you also derive actionable insights, for example, to add new advertisers, adding more advertising space, making product changes and additions, etc. You are also familiar with our competitors' figures and highlight growth opportunities for us
• You foster a growth-oriented mindset by understanding the needs of our advertisers and identifying solutions that align with their business objectives. You actively support and lead internal initiatives that are integral to our retail media strategy, fostering the development of our offerings. While not in a sales role, you also embrace opportunities to join advertiser calls, providing our partners impactful insights on their performance
• You leverage a data-driven approach to enhance our analysis processes, generating clear and actionable insights for your stakeholders. You understand key metrics and have the ability to explain those to stakeholders and customers of retail media solutions

Profil

Your profile – this is what we expect from you

• You have completed your Master's degree in business, marketing, computer science, information systems, economics, or a related field
• You have a deep understanding of the retail media and advertising business and multiple years of experience in roles that require innovative thinking and adaptability
• You have advanced analytical skills, with proficiency in the usage of data warehouses (like Bigquery) and data visualization tools (like Tableau), enabling you to communicate complex data insights effectively to diverse audiences
• You move fast and get things done: You thrive in an environment where quick wins matter. You understand the importance of producing early, tangible results while keeping long-term goals in mind
• You are fluent in both written and spoken English and German
