HTS is now hiring an Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our highly-motivated therapy teams serving two skilled nursing facilities located in New Castle and Connersville, IN. These great facilities are very supportive of therapy and offer a variety of clinical opportunities to rehab-to-home populations.
· This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday.
· The OTA in this position will treat patients 5 days per week and will also be Lead Therapist for the Connersville building.
· Lead Therapist responsibilities include attending facility or plan of care meetings, following up on therapy referrals and ensuring that the therapy department runs smoothly.
· Competitive hourly rate and benefits package.
· Drive time and mileage is compensated for travel between the two buildings, which are located within 30 miles of each other.

RequirementsApplicants must have an active Indiana Occupational Therapy Assistant license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Indiana license. These qualifications include a degree from an ACOTE-accredited occupational therapy assisting program, subsequent passing of the National Board of Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT®) examination and fulfilling the state’s requirements for licensure.
