Crisis Bed Support Staff - Day Shift

SIGN ON BONUS: This position is eligible for a $1000.00 Sign On Bonus to be paid out at designated times. 

The Community Support and Rehabilitation (CRT) Team is seeking a highly organized, self-starting, and energetic person for our Crisis Bed position working closely with individuals who are experiencing acute forms of mental illness in our 24/7 crisis stabilization and residential programs. This position is based out of the crisis bed location and provides additional support across all CRT residential sites. Collaborative work with the client’s treatment team, other agencies, and community resources, is essential in assisting individuals with gaining independence and receiving comprehensive care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting adults experiencing crises, with the goal of diverting psychiatric hospitalizations.
• Transportation of clients is required when needed

Shift Schedule: Sunday – Tuesday and every other Wednesday 7:00am – 7:00pm

Associate's Degree is required, in addition to relatable experience and/or knowledge of mental health.
