Maintenance Coordinator

Job Description

Primary Responsibilities:

• Oversee the preventative maintenance program and schedules maintenance work
• Maintains parts/supplies inventory, including sourcing appropriate vendors as needed.
• Establish positive working relationships with internal and external partners.
• Ensure appropriate recordkeeping is completed.
• Coordinate and assist with equipment and facility repairs.
• Facilitate clear communication and collaboration across all departments.
• Foster a supportive and positive work environment.
• Adhere to all safety, quality, and productivity standards and requirements.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/general education degree (GED)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, emailing, etc. with experience creating spread sheets, preparing documents, and the ability to type at least 45 words per minute.
• Ability to schedule jobs and see them through to completion.
• Experience with a Computerized Management Software for work orders and parts inventory is beneficial
• Demonstrate a willingness to cooperate in a team environment but also able to work independently 
• Must have ability to lift up to 50 lbs and walk up/downstairs throughout the day
• Must be able to work 1st shift hours (between 6am - 4:30pm) and over time when scheduled
