JOB SUMMARY: Support daily operations and classroom activities in a pathways program, ensuring smooth workflows across multiple spaces. Responsibilities include inventory management, lab setup, and equipment maintenance. Instruct students on machinery use, perform clerical tasks, and collaborate with staff and administration for outreach and after-hours programming.

Assist pathways daily operations including inventory control, lab planning, marketing and recruitment, class demonstrations, and project organizations, set up, and tear down across four (4) classroom spaces. Daily 30%2.
Oversee small groups of students with direct instruction on how to use machinery and assist to oversee additional training of student technicians.

Perform basic clerical work for the classroom teacher, including typing, stapling, filing, duplicating, taking inventory, scheduling repairs and maintenance, data entry, word processing, laminating, ordering supplies, placing phone calls, materials distribution, and light bookkeeping.
Daily 10% 4. Development and implementation of new machine tool projects and curriculum. Daily 10% 5. Coordinate with after hour programming instructors to ensure smooth flow of primary classes and support of after hour programs. Daily 5% 6. Help manage CNC machine tools and all ancillary equipment, preparing materials and tools for student use. Daily 5%7.
Assist management of various pathway budgets, including maintenance and coordination with teaching staff for purchases of machine tools, shop equipment and supplies.

Collaborate with CTE and district administration for outreach across various communities.

Directs, coordinates, and schedules repairs and maintenance operation to ensure availability of machines and equipment.

Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.
