<p> </p> <p><b>Your areas of responsibilities:</b></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Book, manage, and cancel business trips for top management, ensuring adherence to travel policies and compliance requirements</li> <li>Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall satisfaction of business travelers</li> <li>Maintain an up-to-date and organized travel itinerary for top management</li> <li>Provide support in understanding and fulfilling entry requirements and visa procedures for business travel while staying informed about the latest visa regulations and ensure compliance with international travel regulations</li> <li>Support the regular review and update of travel guidelines to ensure alignment with company policies and industry best practices, and communicate changes effectively</li> <li>Collaborate with the mobility team to address any challenges and contribute to the overall effectiveness of mobility services</li> <li>Assist in managing travel budgets and expenses efficiently and identify cost-saving opportunities and negotiate favorable terms with travel service providers</li> <li>Collaborate with vendors to negotiate contracts and secure favorable terms for the organization</li> <li>Develop and implement contingency plans for unexpected travel disruptions or emergencies and provide timely assistance and guidance to travelers in the event of unforeseen circumstances</li> </ul> <p> <br/> <b>Your profile of qualifications:</b><br/>  </p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field</li> <li>Proven experience in business travel coordination or a related role</li> <li>Strong knowledge of travel management systems and industry best practices</li> <li>Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills</li> <li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment</li> <li>Fluent in both German and English</li> </ul> <p> </p>
