Senior Test Engineer (Test Factory)

As a partner to all of the major automobile manufacturers, as well as key players in the aerospace and industrial sectors, we offer you many development opportunities. </p> <p> </p> <h2>Your Key Responsibilities</h2> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Analyzing the projects and QA/Test requirements</li> <li>Manual TCs creation based on requirements and user stories</li> <li>Derivation of appropriate test strategies and scenarios</li> <li>Execution of hands-on testing starting with functional E2E Tests up to final acceptance tests</li> <li>Execution of regression cycles</li> <li>Support IT management while building up a “Test Factory” for Schaeffler IT </li> <li>Support with the maintenance of the testing tools and environments</li> <li>Provide carefully documented testing results and communicate, address and track these results</li> </ul> <p> </p> <h2>Your Qualifications</h2> <p> </p> <ul> <li>5+ Experience in manual software Quality Assurance </li> <li>Experienced with test processes, test management, test planning especially in agile team setup</li> <li>Experience in developing functional test automation tools using Tricentis TOSCA or any other automation tool would be a plus</li> <li>Knowledge and experience in API testing </li> <li>Experienced in structured hands-on testing</li> <li>Knowledge of JIRA</li> <li>Ability to work independently as well as a part of the team</li> <li>At ease interacting with people within and outside the product team(s)</li> <li>Good oral and written communication skills in Polish and English are required</li> <li>Good oral and written communication skills in German would be a plus</li> <li>Relevant ISTQB certifications highly welcome </li> </ul> <p> </p> <h2>Our Offer</h2> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Opportunity to be a part of a global company &amp; international team with a diverse variety of backgrounds, skills and views</li> <li>As part of IT you will have influence on the technology and solutions used by our business</li> <li>Care for people is one of our essentials.
