Responsibilities
· Provide administrative and project support to the Director of Employment and Job Placement.
· Prepare documents for upcoming meetings; compose and edit error-free written documents
· Create and maintain accurate electronic filing and record keeping system for materials, correspondence, etc.
· Calendar management including, but not limited to: meeting scheduling, travel arrangements, event scheduling
· Prepare monthly expense report to Finance
· Responsible for ensuring important and time sensitive communications are delivered to the appropriate parties
· Assist in the conceptualization, organization, planning and execution of conferences, meetings, and symposia with internal personnel and stakeholder
· Credit card administrator for TEF Senior Leadership team
· Perform additional duties and projects as assigned by management

Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in communications, English or other relevant fields, or equivalent years of work experience required
· Minimum four (4) years’ experience in assisting in coordinating projects from planning to implementation
· Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Office required
· Strong project and time management skills required
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Excellent organizational skills with ability to work under deadline pressure
· Strong knowledge experience working in a unionized or health workforce industry highly preferred
· Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends
