Your Job

DEPCOM Power, a Koch company, is seeking a High Voltage Project Manager to join our Project Delivery team in the Midwest portfolio. In this role, you will lead the execution of high-voltage substation and interconnection projects supporting utility-scale renewable energy developments. You will drive project performance by managing EPC contractors, reviewing engineering and design deliverables, and ensuring successful execution from engineering through commissioning.

The ideal candidate will have an Electrical Engineering background and experience managing high-voltage design, construction, and contractor performance. We're looking for a self-driven leader who can influence stakeholders, solve complex technical challenges, and take ownership of critical project outcomes. While this role is an individual contributor position, it offers significant opportunity for future leadership growth.

If you are looking for a challenging opportunity to lead complex infrastructure projects and make a meaningful impact within a growing organization, this could be the perfect role for you.

This role can be based remotely within the U.S. and requires approximately 50% travel based on project needs.

This role does not provide VISA sponsorship.

Our Team

DEPCOM’s Project Delivery Organization executes full turnkey PV and BESS plants with collection substations and generation transmission lines utilizing preferred partnerships with key vendors and subcontractors while coordinating with interconnection utilities across the nation. As a Koch Company, we implement Principle Based Management to continue driving innovation, hold our team to the highest standard and streamline our overall processes to ensure project success for each of our clients.

What You Will Do

  • Lead the execution of high-voltage substation and interconnection projects from engineering through commissioning and closeout.
  • Drive project performance
