Job Description

You will be responsible for client and audio channel thought leadership while assisting supervisor and associate level team members with day-to-day operations and execution of our clients’ national audio investments (this includes terrestrial radio, streaming radio, podcasting, and satellite radio). You will be working alongside team leadership to cover client upfront and scatter needs: negotiations, IO stewardship, optimization, billing, and analyzing post-campaign delivery reports.

 

Our ideal candidate will oversee current campaigns as well as be a part of new campaign planning and development. This includes communicating directly with clients throughout the campaign(s) to understand any requests.


                                                          
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supervise and assist Supervisors and Sr. Associate team members on day-to-day workload and client deliverables on various client businesses
  • Oversee & support buy recommendations and negotiations across terrestrial, streaming, and podcast
  • Manage vendor relationships and bring innovative opportunities and POVs to clients
  • Lead holistic buying implementation, targeting, measurement, etc. Across all audio types, bringing innovation and thought leadership.
  • Support and Lead in client facing presentations including audio landscape/innovation.
  • Oversight of reporting, actualization/invoice clearance, and client billing
  • Negotiate and manage sponsorships, JBPs, etc.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years’ experience in media buying & team management
  • Strong experience with negotiations and client leadership
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of the current national audio landscape
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work successfully with teams, handling multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines under pressure
  • Detail oriented and able to produce accurate work
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Experience with buying/research programs Act1, Spectra OX, and Prisma preferred

Additional Information

Compensation Range: $91,000 - $129,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
