Job Description

As Café Manager you ensure that your team delivers the best guest experience for everyone that visits the café. You secure high quality in all operational aspects of the café and you lead by example. You make sure the café team is up to date on products and sales activities. Some of your responsibilities include: 

• Create an inspiring and attractive café environment with a unique local feeling for the guests 

• Organize and plan the café according to the café concept 

• Implement, protect, follow up and develop the café concept together with the Store Experience Manager 
    

Qualifications

You have a strong background and management experience from the local café and restaurant industry. Your local knowledge and connections give you an edge when recruiting your highly customer-oriented café team. You understand and speak English.
