Job Description:

This position is responsible for orchestrating and executing product marketing strategies that drive growth at Datasite by promoting our service and security offerings. This includes developing messaging, marketing assets, and executing all phases of marketing initiatives throughout the product lifecycle.

The role will own evergreen campaigns aimed at cementing our position in market as the leader in these categories. The role will support a variety of stakeholders, primarily service, marketing partners, sales, product management, and executive team members. Key activities include developing compelling messaging, collateral, digital content, videos, presentations, enablement materials, and other campaign activation needs.

This position is remote with a preference for the following locations: Minneapolis, MN; Salt Lake City, UT; or New York, NY.  If located in one of the preferred locations, team members are expected to attend occasional in-office team days or other required events as they occur.  Remote work location must have high-speed internet access (minimum 25Mbps download & 5Mbps upload speeds).

Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain product and solutions messaging.
  • Support evergreen campaigns around the core functions of service and security to increase awareness and reputation in market.
  • Support product launch motions and contribute to go-to-market strategy across departments to drive awareness of new initiatives from the security and service teams.
  • Maintain regular communications with service, product, sales, and marketing teams to ensure cross-functional alignment around new product initiatives and releases.
  • Translate technical products and adoption data into customer-facing assets and collateral that tell a story and focus on value, differentiation, use cases, and the voice of the customer.
  • Partner with Global Marketing team to develop content for a consistent drumbeat of support for key areas, including videos, events, digital content, research reports, thought leadership opportunities, and internal resources.
  • Partner with Enablement team to create outstanding enablement materials and training for the extended revenue team - including sales, customer success, and sales engineering.
  • Work with partners – globally – to discover and define joint value propositions, use cases, and campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required. Preferably in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS product marketing or related experience.
  • Understanding of marketing campaign and awareness channels
  • Must be highly adaptable, positive, and demonstrate a strong synergetic spirit in a fluid environment.
  • Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills – must be able to present and influence in key stakeholder meetings.
  • Fast learner and data-informed, creative thinker who can thrive nimbly in a fast-paced culture.
  • Experience in managing projects that have short deadlines, cross-functional dependencies, and competing priorities.
  • Experience in collaborating with partners on joint go-to-market efforts.
  • Ability to travel occasionally.
  • Experience in agile product development lifecycle and Pragmatic Framework GTM disciplines strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with the financial services space. Knowledge of the M&A lifecycle a strong plus.

Salary range:  $80-115k
